⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the jacket is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to receive return instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inform us within 7 days of delivery by emailing blinkzor@op.pl with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
